Falcon is a product of Timepoint AI. These terms govern your use of Falcon (falcon.timepointai.com). For the full Timepoint AI terms, visit timepointai.com/terms.

1. Overview

Falcon is an experimental prediction market platform built by Timepoint AI. It operates on the BASE Sepolia testnet and uses test ETH only. Falcon is provided as an alpha demo for research and experimentation purposes.

2. Alpha Status

Falcon is in alpha. It is not a finished product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Smart contracts have not undergone external security audits. Do not use Falcon with real funds or rely on it for any financial purpose.

3. Testnet Only

All transactions on Falcon occur on the BASE Sepolia testnet. The ETH used has no real-world monetary value. Falcon does not facilitate, support, or enable gambling or trading with real assets.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Falcon for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to exploit, attack, or disrupt the platform, its smart contracts, or related infrastructure.
  • Impersonate others or submit predictions intended to harass or defame any person.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with Falcon at scale without permission.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

5. Intellectual Property

Falcon's source code is released under the MIT License at github.com/timepointai/proteus. The Timepoint AI name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Timepoint AI and are not covered by the MIT License.

6. User Content

Predictions you submit to markets are recorded on the public blockchain. You retain ownership of your prediction text, but grant Falcon and Timepoint AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and reference that content in connection with the platform. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Falcon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Timepoint AI does not warrant that Falcon will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Market resolution depends on admin action and may be delayed or incorrect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timepoint AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Falcon, including but not limited to loss of testnet tokens, incorrect market resolution, or service interruptions.

9. Smart Contract Risks

Interacting with smart contracts carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to bugs, exploits, or unexpected behavior.
  • Irreversible transactions once confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Gas fee costs (testnet ETH on BASE Sepolia).
  • Dependency on third-party infrastructure (RPC providers, wallets).

You acknowledge these risks and agree that you interact with Falcon's smart contracts at your own discretion.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Falcon at any time, for any reason, without notice. On-chain data associated with your wallet address will remain on the blockchain regardless of account status.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use of Falcon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
